Presentation of Preparation
Oral Presentation
Presentation Time
Each contributed oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes in total:

12 minutes for the presentation
-
3 minutes for questions and discussion
Please plan your presentation to finish within 12 minutes.
Presentation Equipment
Presenters are encouraged to bring and use their own laptop. An HDMI connection is required to connect your laptop to the projection system. Please bring an appropriate adapter if your laptop does not have an HDMI port.
A USB Type-C to HDMI adapter will also be available at the venue; however, compatibility with all laptops cannot be guaranteed. Presenters using USB Type-C are therefore encouraged to bring their own adapter whenever possible.
If you do not bring your own laptop, you may use the Windows PC provided at the conference venue. Please bring your presentation file* on a USB flash drive and copy it to the conference PC no later than the break preceding your presentation session.
*Accepted file formats are PPTX (Microsoft PowerPoint) and PDF.
Timekeeping
Bell signals will be used during each presentation:

1st bell at 10 minutes

2nd bell at 12 minutes — please end your presentation to proceed to questions and discussion.

3rd bell at 15 minutes — the presentation slot, including questions and discussion, ends.
Poster Presentation
The poster session will be held on Wednesday, October 7, from 17:00 to 19:00.
Each presenter will be provided with a poster area of up to A0 size in portrait orientation. The poster may consist of a single sheet or multiple smaller sheets, provided that all materials fit within the allocated A0-size area.
Posters may be mounted from 12:00 (noon) on October 7.
Presenters are expected to be at their posters during the poster session for discussion with participants. Student Award candidates, in particular, should remain at their posters during the session to ensure that their presentations can be evaluated by the judges.
Please remove your poster after the poster session. Posters that are not removed may be disposed of by the organizers.

Preparation of Abstract
A camera-ready abstract must be submitted for both oral and poster presentations. All abstracts will be reviewed by the program committee.
The abstract must be written in English. The detailed format for abstracts is given in the following files. PDF File, DOCX File.
Only Abstracts of registered participants will be published. At least one of the authors must be registered for the Conference.
