Registration Fees

Early Bird Regular Participant: 75,000 JPY  (Until Aug 15)

Early Bird Student Participant: 40,000 JPY  (Until Aug 15)

Regular Participant: 95,000 JPY

Student Participant: 50,000 JPY

Accompanying Person20,000 JPY

What is included in the registration fee?

• Regular & Student:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions and tutorials.

  • Conference materials (Abstract book, etc.).

  • Welcome Reception.

  • Coffee breaks and lunches during the conference.

  • Conference Banquet.

• Accompanying Person:

  • Welcome Reception.

  • Conference Banquet.

  • (Excludes admission to scientific sessions).

 

Payment Method

Payment can be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB). Detailed payment instructions will be provided through the online registration system.
