Early Issuance of Invitation Letters Now Available

The conference registration (payment) portal is not yet open. However, we have enabled User Account Creation early to allow participants to obtain invitation letters for travel authorization and visa applications.

Please visit here and follow the steps below:

Create a User Account: Click the "Register new" button. Please note that creating an account does not require any immediate payment.
Visa Request: During the account setup, please select "Yes" for the "Visa Invitation Letter Request" field if you need an invitation letter and/or visa invitation letter.
Download PDF: After logging in, you can download in your personal page.

Online Registration Notice:

The registration system will become available directly on this page starting from June 1, 2026.

Registration Fees

Early Bird Regular Participant: 75,000 JPY (Until Aug 15)

Early Bird Student Participant: 40,000 JPY (Until Aug 15)

Regular Participant: 95,000 JPY

Student Participant: 50,000 JPY

Accompanying Person20,000 JPY

What is included in the registration fee?

Regular & Student:
- Admission to all scientific sessions and tutorials.
- Conference materials (Abstract book, etc.).
- Welcome Reception.
- Coffee breaks and lunches during the conference.
- Conference Banquet.
Accompanying Person:
- Welcome Reception.
- Conference Banquet.
- (Excludes admission to scientific sessions).

Payment Method

Payment can be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB). Detailed payment instructions will be provided through the online registration system.
