Hotels
We have reserved a number of rooms at the hotels listed below for conference participants for the period from October 4 to October 10. Information about each hotel can be found through the links provided below.
If you would like to reserve a hotel room through the conference, please select your preferred hotel and provide your check-in and check-out dates when completing your registration. Payment should be made directly to the hotel upon check-in or check-out. After completing your registration, particularly if you have reserved a twin room, please inform us at info@leempeem14.org whether the room will be occupied by one or two persons.
The conference has reserved a block of rooms until August 21. Any rooms that have not been booked by that date will be released. To book a hotel through the conference, please complete your conference registration by August 21.
Please note that the rates shown below are for reference only and may vary depending on your stay dates and room availability.
If you change your stay dates after the free cancellation period indicated on the registration page, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the accommodation charge will be imposed by the conference.
If you need to change your stay dates after completing your registration, please notify the conference organizers at info@leempeem14.org as soon as possible.
