We have reserved a number of rooms at the hotels listed below for conference participants. Information about each hotel can be found through the links provided below.
 

If you would like to reserve a hotel room through the conference, please select your preferred hotel and provide your check-in and check-out dates when completing your registration. Payment should be made directly to the hotel upon check-in or check-out.

 

Please note that the rates shown below are for reference only and may vary depending on your stay dates and room availability.

​If you change your stay dates after the free cancellation period indicated on the registration page, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the accommodation charge will be imposed by the conference.
